Bilingual Electrical Engineer - Industrial Facilities Design

We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Electrical Engineer to lead our industrial facilities design team. As a technical expert, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet our clients' needs.

As a key member of our team, you'll work on projects that enable the heart of our clients' business. You'll be accountable for schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the client's expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.

You will work in a multi-discipline, highly interactive team to successfully deliver on the design, development, application, evaluation, recommendation, and specification of engineered systems and products for building Electrical Systems. You will perform all aspects of electrical engineering and design and independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis.

Position Details:

Position: Bilingual Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Montreal, Quebec

Pay: $60.32 /hr - $83.33 /hr

Hours: Monday to Friday – 8AM to 5PM

Qualifications:
  1. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  2. Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) licensing within the Quebec province is mandatory with at least 10-15 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience.
  3. Facility and/or Industrial design experience including pharmaceutical/consumer/chemical manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, data center, or similar.
  4. Relevant engineering/design experience in industrial/advanced technology sector.
  5. Engineering/design experience with Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Electrical systems.
  6. Ability to interact with other engineering disciplines, clients, and vendors at all levels.
  7. Possess working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, Bluebeam or similar specification development software.
  8. Experience working on projects through alternative finance and procurement models such as Design-Build or Design-Build.
  9. Fluency in French is a must.
