Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Broker who wishes to develop their career in insurance with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer queries and looking after all aspects of their policies
  • Advising and selling car, house, van insurance and ancillary products
  • Assisting in lead generation and sales initiatives
  • Progression and growth opportunities within the business
Requirements
  • A recognised insurance qualification
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential
  • Experience in dealing with insurance clients and personal lines policies
  • Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of insurance companies
  • The ability to work as part of a team and own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Strong telesales and customer service skills
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent IT skills, Relay experience an advantage but not necessary
  • Must be Grandfathered, APA or CIP qualified and comply with the fitness and probity standards
