We distribute natural products to over 3,000 independent and national retailers across Canada from three warehouses in Alberta, BC, and Ontario. With an extensive range of 3,400 natural & organic wellness products, we deliver full-service solutions to support brands in growing their business in Canada.
Job Title: Inside Sales Account ManagerKey Responsibilities- To provide consistent sales representation to existing customers, assigned new customers, and all customer requests, thereby reducing misunderstandings, improving customer service, and boosting sales.
- To supply on-time and accurate order processing.
The Inside Sales Account Manager needs to be Bilingual (English and French). Territory sales calls involve servicing assigned specific territories on a predetermined schedule based on customer support needs. The sales rep must be aware of several different policies at Puresource, including terms, credit, and return policies, as well as product knowledge.
Primary Functions- Sales Calls: To build rapport and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining and expanding Puresource product lines. Identify key decision-makers within assigned accounts to facilitate the entire sales process from initiation through order processing.
- Answering Phones: Answering phones in a courteous and pleasant manner aligns with Puresource's mission of providing exceptional customer service.
- Processing Orders: Inputting all company orders with accurate store and order information and ensuring follow-up on received phone/fax or e-mail orders.
- Catalogue Management: To ensure customers are made aware of promotions, new items, and products featured in quarterly catalogues.
- Sales Support: Providing support to other sales teams by maintaining good communication regarding customer issues, needs, or required contact.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: To provide excellent customer service as the front-line contact and make sure the customer has had a positive experience with the Inside Sales Department.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Driven and willing to develop skills within a growing company.
- Ability to function independently and in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic, positive team attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive and comfortable communicating by phone and email.
- Inside sales experience preferred (3-5 years).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solution-oriented.
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
- Sales experience and business acumen is considered an asset.
- Bilingual in English and French Mandatory.
