Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Universal Health Pharmacy. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
