Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at Les Tours Angrignon, a private seniors' residence in Montreal. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Notifying the nurse and/or health services manager of any changes observed in the health status of residents
• Administering medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics
• Contributing to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on your observations
• Creating and maintaining meticulous notes in the residents' dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmières auxiliaires du Québec (OIIAQ)
• Promoting and advocating for proactive care among residents
• Responding to all emergency situations

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require a professional studies diploma (DEP) in healthcare assistance, nursing PDSB training, up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates, and membership in the OIIAQ.
