Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and launch of new financial products and services, as well as improving existing ones. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and successful launches
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand member needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain product analytics and metrics to measure performance
  • Communicate product strategies and results to stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including analytics, roadmaps, and customer journeys
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including payments, wealth management, and business banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
