Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Technician to join our team at Western Tractor Company Inc. As an Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and detailing equipment to ensure it is presented to customers in pristine condition.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for washing and detailing equipment, inspecting equipment to maintain high-quality standards, and performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks.

You will also be responsible for keeping the wash bay clean and organized, including cleaning tools and equipment after each use. Additionally, you may be required to transport equipment to and from the shop as needed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Detailing experience with the ability to operate equipment including a commercial pressure washer and other hand/power tools
  • Previous experience with farm equipment is an asset
  • Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs with long periods of standing and walking
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for advancement. We supply the equipment and technology needed to excel in your role, including an annual boot and tool allowance.
