Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our clients' outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas to ensure they remain well-manicured and attractive.
  • Operate and maintain various landscape equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties.
  • Apply fertilizers and other plant care products as needed to promote healthy growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • No prior experience required; we offer on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Valid driver's license (own transportation preferred).
Work Environment

Our grounds maintenance team works primarily outdoors, often in noisy, dusty environments. If you enjoy working in nature and are comfortable with physical activity, this role may be an excellent fit for you.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience, to attract top talent. In addition to a stable income, our employees enjoy:
