Job Title: Branch Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities Inc. in Abbotsford, Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to our Branch Management Team and Advisor teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Branch Director's vision and ensure the branch is efficiently and effectively managed.
  • Manage daily administrative operations of the branch, including approval of transactions, verification of documentation, and account openings.
  • Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.
  • Monitor and resolve branch technology issues.
  • Manage sales support within the branch.

Requirements:

  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and seek solutions.
