Social Work Educator, Interprofessional Practice and Patient Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Work Educator to join our team at PHSA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing educational strategies, programs, and materials related to Social Work theory, interventions, skills, and competencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate educational strategies, programs, and materials for Social Work staff and students.
- Provide training and coaching to Social Work staff and students on profession-specific and inter-professional clinical practice guidelines.
- Deliver learner-centered education to social workers and social work students, including teaching, coaching, role modeling, mentoring, and facilitating education and learning sessions.
- Act as a clinical role model and resource for staff, providing professional advice and support to enhance clinical problem-solving.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work.
- Four (4) years' recent, related broad Social Work experience in a variety of practice areas and experience in mentoring, teaching, knowledge translation, creating educational materials, implementing education strategies, or providing leadership.
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
