About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sawridge Travel Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice and guidance on our products and services.
  • Sales and Merchandise: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, features, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Work Setting: Rural area
