Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in managing the department to ensure superior guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling staff and maintaining a high level of morale.
  • Contribute to inventory and cost control, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with basic restaurant operations, including payroll preparation and employee performance reviews.

Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with a strong background in food and beverage operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer knowledge and Point of Sales system experience are essential.
  • Pro-serve certification and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.
  • Able to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Conditions

  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks, such as pushing and pulling.
  • Available to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
