Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Black Legend Trans inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, integrity, and a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
