Management Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Management Support Specialist to join our team at Smoky Lake Esso/Great Bear Cafe. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative tasks and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis position will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role and a high school diploma or equivalent. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have basic computer skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
The successful candidate will be required to work 30-40 hours per week and may be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Perform data entry and compile data, statistics, and other information
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Schedule appointments and confirm details
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
