Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Parts LogiQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring they are aware of their routes, schedules, and delivery requirements.
  • Monitor and Improve Delivery Performance: Analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to delivery drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the inventory and supply chain management process, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available to support delivery operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Supervision, Dispatching
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Team player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work under pressure
