About the Team

The Design team at Stripe works across various projects, from brand standards to campaigns, events, digital products, and printed publications. The Web Presence & Platform (WPP) team is responsible for Stripe.com and other digital, consumer-facing properties.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Producer with experience in managing quick-moving roadmaps, rapid experimentation, and constant prioritization of resources to join our team and run the day-to-day activities of our acquisition-focused teams.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reimagine Inbound and Acquisition teams.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to develop, pitch, and execute engaging web experience experiments, optimizations, and enhancements.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, escalating issues to the Production Manager when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate project management systems, including timelines, budgets, and task tracking.
  • Develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular updates on project status and seeking input from other teams.
  • Continuously improve team processes and methodologies by implementing industry best practices and collaborating with other teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in integrated production for tech-driven companies or agencies.
  • Producer mindset, with a focus on both outcomes and outputs, under one collective vision.
  • Strategic planning abilities, enabling the development of roadmaps that align with company values and propel the company closer to its overarching goals.
  • Experience in managing teams that thrive on rapid iteration, continuous learning, and the swift deployment of changes.

  • Adept at empowering cross-functional teams to cultivate an experimentation culture grounded in data-informed hypotheses and decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record of leading experiments from ideation through to completion, driving impactful outcomes.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling effective partnership with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Willingness to take creative risks, prioritizing a user-first mindset to strike a balance between speed, quality, and meticulously crafted outcomes.
Hybrid Work at Stripe

This role is available either in an office or a remote location. Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users.

Pay and Benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is C$114,000 - C$171,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. Specific benefits and details about what compensation is included in the salary range listed above will vary depending on the applicant's location and can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
