About the Role

At BGIS, we are seeking a skilled Facilities Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering facility moves, adds, or changes, as well as facility planning projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver facility move, adds, or change projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Research and liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and provide recommendations on preferred vendors.
  • Prepare cost estimates for assigned projects and determine resource requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in facility moves, adds, and change, or project coordination.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Ability to deliver non-technical projects according to requirements, on-time and within budget.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications.
