The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for training, scheduling, and directing frontline staff to deliver exceptional Guest Experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pursuit Collection. This is a seasonal opportunity that offers a competitive salary, exciting benefits, and the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and direct frontline staff to meet Guest Experience standards.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Prepare and verify daily cash reports, ensure accurate transactions, and maintain a high level of integrity with regards to cash handling.
  • Staff Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure staff feel confident and empowered in their roles.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers, resolve complaints, and maintain the highest level of service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate food and beverage orders, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements:
  • Maturity and Dependability: Demonstrate maturity, energy, and dependability in a remote work environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess natural leadership abilities and a strong ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail with regard to cash handling, reporting, and other critical tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and management.
  • Accounting Experience: Leverage experience with accounting principles, Word, Excel, and POS systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stress Management: Manage stress effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Grooming and Appearance: Meet the Pursuit Collection grooming and appearance standards.
