Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RAINBOW GAS SHELL. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Monitor cash handling and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 months of retail supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
