We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Canadian Banking Branch network as an Investment & Personal Banking Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about financial sales and delivering trusted financial advice to customers. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service throughout the customer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on financial planning and provide relevant insights and expert advice.
  • Create financial plans, leveraging relevant financial planning tool modules and select advice based tools and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on providing a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
  • Market Scotiabank's products and services to customers, leveraging your sales management experience.

Requirements:

  • Sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
