About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Investment & Personal Banking Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As an essential member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver trusted financial advice and guidance to customers, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Educate customers on relevant financial planning tools and resources, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on providing a great client experience and growing long-standing relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with peers, customers, and partners to achieve business objectives and drive results.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience and ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and growing customer relationships.
  • Licence to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
