The Role

As a senior professional, you will oversee the management and maintenance of member data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. This role will play a crucial part in supporting member services, reporting, and compliance initiatives. You will lead and manage a team responsible for data entry, validation, and reporting, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to maintain high levels of data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support data-related initiatives and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure the successful integration of member data into reporting systems and assist with data extraction for analysis and auditing purposes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data management processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and enhanced accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on key data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with strong experience in pension administration.
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with defined benefit plan administration required – experience must be hands on across multiple facets of pension operations.
  • Experience collaborating with client experience teams.
