Job Title: Pro Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pro Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be proficient in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Pro customer orders nationwide, for both regular and special orders
  • Work closely and maintain good relations with sales representatives, the delivery and receiving team, and with colleagues
  • Understand the challenges faced by Pro customers to be able to advise them and find solutions tailored to their needs
  • Keep abreast of new products on the market, as well as their features and functions, through appropriate training

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the construction industry
  • Experience in customer service
  • Computer skills: email, Microsoft suite (mainly Excel and Teams)
  • Knowledge of company software: MMS, Soda, and other systems (an asset)
