Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Pro Sales Support team at RONA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing Pro customer orders nationwide, working closely with sales representatives, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Pro customer orders, including regular and special orders
  • Collaborate with sales representatives, delivery and receiving teams, and colleagues to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to Pro customers, understanding their unique challenges and needs
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and functions through training and professional development
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role or knowledge of the construction industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Teams
  • Familiarity with company software, such as MMS and Soda, is an asset
