Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer to enhance our capabilities at Tech Tammina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative features on the Appian platform while also refining existing functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new functionalities and enhance current features on the Appian platform.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with the Appian deployment process.
  • Collaborate effectively within small, integrated, and highly-skilled agile teams.
  • Ensure the availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian by incorporating reliability into software and systems.
  • Address and resolve emerging issues; develop software and automation to mitigate future problems.
  • Conduct testing and perform bug-fixing as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of Appian Certifications along with knowledge of Appian Plug-ins and APIs.
  • Understanding of BPM-based platforms is essential.
  • Ability to work closely with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL, and BPM implementation.
  • Experience with Pega, JBM, or other BPM tools is advantageous.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
