Seasonal Sales Associate

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of the store team, you will be expected to engage with customers, build relationships, and provide a world-class experience.
Essential Functions- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales and achieve store goals.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting to post-sale contact.
- Participate in monitoring and positively impact the achievement of store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Assist with visually merchandising the store and complying with brand standards.
- Help monitor the security of all Company property and report any discrepancies.
- Effectively participate as a member of a store team and maintain a workplace free of harassment and discrimination.
The Customer Experience Specialist must be able to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
