Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at NB Inc. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our commercial facilities and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Direct and control construction projects, evaluate construction projects, and plan and organize construction projects.
  • Facilities Management: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, and plan and organize the operations of facilities.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify customers' needs, recommend products or services, deliver sales presentations, and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Client Relationship Management: Assess client's needs and resources, develop reports and proposals, and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, positive attitude, and punctuality.
