Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at NB Inc. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our commercial facilities, including construction projects, operations, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects, including evaluating modifications to commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate.
  • Operations: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities, including overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures.
  • Real Estate: Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate, and oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate.
  • Client Focus: Identify customers' needs and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and solicit potential clients, recommend products or services to customers, and develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, dependable, flexible, initiative, and judgement.
