Mechanical Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to join our team at Hall Mechanical Services Inc. As a Mechanical Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects, ensuring that all mechanical systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems
- Install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner in accordance with specifications, drawings, site instructions, and approved change orders/directives
- Report directly to the Superintendent for mentorship as needed
- Diagnose design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and/or components for the purpose of identifying problems and needs necessary for the design intent to work properly
- Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate manpower pertaining to the contract with the developer/general contractor
- Responsible for testing all mechanical systems meeting local jurisdictions and engineer specifications
- Impart to the Superintendent or Project Management team any efficiencies or cost-saving measures felt necessary to maximize project effectiveness
- Work in a safe and timely manner and report to the Site Supervisor/PM team any inability to do so
- Ability to read and interpret drawings/schematics and specifications as required
- Complete projects above the client and company's expectations
- Foster and grow relationships
- Professional and courteous in both appearance and action
- Self-motivated and the ability to maintain productivity without supervision
- Set goals and drive their completion
- 5 years of experience in a foreman or lead hand role
- Registered Plumbing Journeyperson
- Basic security clearance, clean driver's abstract
