Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at BC Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that we are meeting our performance targets.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
As a Shift Manager, you will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers, staff, and management. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
