About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Quality Advisor to join our Quality and Operational Excellence team in Vancouver. As a Quality Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our services and products, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management: Conduct internal quality audits, prepare and maintain the internal quality audit plan, and support external quality audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze the causes of non-conformities, conduct interviews with internal stakeholders, and lead workshops to implement improvements.
  • Training and Development: Support the production of training material and provide ongoing quality training to employees and managers.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships of trust with colleagues and customers, both internal and external.
  • Risk Management: Support sectors in the sound management of quality-related risks.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in engineering, project management, or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in quality assurance, including a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools, knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, and strong MS Office 365 skills.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
What We Offer

CIMA+ offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $90,000, based on the richness and diversity of the candidate's experience, training, skills, and internal equity.
