Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at RK Printing & Signs. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of production team members
  • Review and approve job proofs and samples
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines
  • Recommend personnel actions and establish methods to improve productivity
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports on team performance
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week
