Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Department Supervisor to join our team at RA3 Enterprise Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our meat department and lead a team of sales workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train sales workers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Assign duties and tasks to team members to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
  • Hire and train new staff members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a retail store environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
