Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and service.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
