Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fire Katz Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen and dining team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
- Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
- Parking available on site.
