The Laboratory Technician will perform routine and non-routine duties in the Wet Assay Lab, including clerical or physical functions and analysis of samples by established analytical techniques. This role requires a high level of work production in a fast-paced lab environment, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting quality and TAT specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately conduct routine and non-routine analyses of samples using the appropriate method or instrument and in accordance with the established schedule.
- Provide technical support to senior technicians for assigned duties and tasks.
- Meet quality and TAT specifications required by clients, ensuring samples are analyzed within holding time requirements.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and instructions accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BSc. in Chemistry, Technical Diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of analytical techniques and laboratory procedures.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical support as needed.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of $19-$20.51, depending on work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
