This position plays a critical role in the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, working as a Blood Specialist to provide high-quality care and services to patients.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating blood disorders, including hematological cancers, blood clotting disorders, and other related conditions.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have a degree in medicine or a related field and be licensed to practice in their province or territory. Experience with hematology and related fields is an asset.
Certifications and Licenses- Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
- Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II)
- Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Certification Examination
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
