Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and ability to work in a permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
