As a Lead Service Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Service Department Manager in achieving company goals and ensuring exceptional customer service.



Job Summary:

The Lead Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Service Department Manager in managing store operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train front-end staff to ensure seamless customer interactions and efficient transaction processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and cash handling procedures.
  • Effectively communicate product information and corporate policies to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations, including safeguarding confidential information.
  • Support office management tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement operational strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
  • Able to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.


Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.



Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interaction with customers and staff. The successful candidate must be able to lift, carry, or handle heavy objects and stand for long periods.
