Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at China King Buffet Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, as well as managing inventory, staff, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Chef de Cuisine: Plan and execute menus, estimate food requirements, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food service.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintain inventory and records, and clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field (not required).

  • A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
