Job Summary
We are seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Practitioner to join our team in Lethbridge, AB. As a Hearing Care Professional with HearCanada, you will provide standardized hearing evaluations, high-standard client care, and follow-up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
- Collaborate with our clinic team members to support walk-in clients and inbound phone calls
Requirements
- Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Registrant of ACSLPA (Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists) or CHAPA (College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta) in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- Excellent communication skills to establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
