**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead and Manage Nursing Staff**: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents.
- **Develop and Implement Care Plans**: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- **Monitor and Evaluate Resident Care**: Regularly assess and evaluate the care provided to residents, making adjustments as needed to ensure the highest level of quality.
- **Supervise and Develop Staff**: Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to nursing staff, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.
- **Communicate Effectively**: Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, residents, and families, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the care process.
**Requirements**
- **Current Certificate of Competence**: Possess a current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
