Job Title: Finance Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Vice-President to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and providing financial guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis team
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the management team
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in finance or a related field
  • Professional certification in finance, such as CPA or CFA
  • Experience with financial software and systems
