Job Title: Construction Labourer - Residential Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Solda Pools Ltd. as a Residential Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction of residential pools and related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Requirements:

  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Team player with good communication skills

Working Conditions:

  • Work outdoors in various locations
  • Exposure to dust, confined spaces, and heights
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
