Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support when receiving our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers by providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by welcoming and engaging them in person and through communication.
  • Demonstrate empathy and understanding for customers' situations and needs, offering solutions to meet their goals.
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and services to customers.
  • Support retail operations by assisting with merchandising and maintaining store displays.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Compassionate and integrity-driven, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods.
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history).
