Job Title: Camp Security Guard

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Camp Security Guard to join our team. As a Camp Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our campsite and its personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the campsite to detect and deter any potential security threats
  • Verify the identity of all individuals entering the campsite and ensure they have the necessary clearance
  • Enforce all security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Collect and analyze security statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
  • Physical ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic proficiency with technology, including writing reports and using a smartphone
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CSTS 2020 certification
  • PCST certification
  • OFA1 certification
What We Offer:
  • Competitive daily rate of $292.50, including overtime
  • Accommodations provided during your two weeks on shift
  • 12-hour shifts on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation

Please note that all shifts will be 12 hours and on a 2-week on, 2-week off rotation. Accommodations will be provided during your two weeks on shift.
