Oracle Financial Planning and Analysis Administrator

As a key member of the Finance team at Top Aces, you will play a critical role in driving the development of a robust analytics solution. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create complex data visualizations that address critical business questions. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring seamless collaboration with IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement improvements to the application, working closely with other teams.
- Develop and manage process improvements and reporting enhancements.
- Ensure governance throughout the improvement, design, and production phases.
- Support users during the budgetary process.
- Manage and coordinate each release.
- Act as the single point of contact for budget elaboration and other main processes supported by the application.
- Prepare business requirements and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Deliver trainings, presentations, and change management on the application.
- Manage the consolidation module and configure settings for the conso and budget module.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or management accountant.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle (HFM) and experience working with integrator teams and other CPM tools.
- Experience in implementing and supporting budgeting/planning tools.
- ETL tools (Extract, Transform, and Load) expertise.
- Ability to perform rigorous analysis and report complex information in a concise manner.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and handle pressure.
- Adaptability to change and transformation in a rapidly growing environment.
- Autonomy and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
The position requires the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
