Creaform's Operations Department is seeking a Storekeeper to oversee the warehouse, ensuring seamless service to production and inventory maintenance. The ideal candidate will supply production lines with components, manage inventory according to established systems, and maintain accurate records.

This is a daytime job, Monday to Friday, in a great working environment that's both rewarding and humane.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock rotation
  • Preparing materials for assembly lines and ensuring proper stock levels
  • Placing raw materials and finished products on shelves and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Carrying out transactions required by the inventory management system and communicating with the team
  • Participating in inventory processes, including stock-taking and counting
  • Managing expiration dates for calibrated finished products and reporting recalibration requirements
  • Inspecting incoming parts and documenting rejects
  • Returning non-conforming parts and supporting the purchasing department in supplier quality control
  • Documenting inspections and maintaining accurate records

You have the profile we're looking for if you:

  • Have relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of a quality control system and an ERP system (NAV)
  • Strong computer skills and ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate effectively, and maintain a meticulous and orderly work environment
  • Initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness, with the ability to work under pressure
