As the Chief Architect, you will be responsible for setting the overall architectural direction of Xsolla. You will design and implement solutions that meet current and future business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the overall architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design of high-level architecture and detailed specifications for complex systems and applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance business capabilities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Establish best practices and guidelines for architecture and development processes.
  • Mitigate risks associated with architectural decisions and technology implementations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience (8+ years) in software architecture and design, with a strong track record of leadership.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and best practices in system architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

The role involves typical office activities such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These requirements can be met with or without reasonable accommodations.
