Job Description

As a Chief Data Governance Strategist, you will be responsible for managing large-scale data migration projects, collaborating with data foundation domain teams to set up a next-generation cloud data platform, and implementing and deploying a company data governance platform.

You will also supervise the entire project lifecycle, from inception to implementation, contribute to the prioritization of initiatives based on their technical, financial, and resource management dependencies and constraints, and manage our legacy data platform remediation efforts to support our enterprise resource planning (ERP) changeover program.

Additionally, you will collaborate with agile transformation teams to support the DNA office, manage agile development methodologies, and ensure alignment with internal customers, Information Services and Technology (IS&T) teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in managing large-scale data migration projects, with knowledge of data architecture concepts.
  • Experience with data catalogues and platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve goals.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including an annual bonus, generous paid time away, pension plan, collective saving opportunities, and industry-leading healthcare fully paid by BRP.
